Local leaders are hampering Masaka murder investigations - Otafiire

Internal Affairs Minister Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire says the slow response of Masaka area leaders is partly to blame for the slow investigations into the recent masaka murders. Otafiire made the remarks during an interface with the Parliamentary Defense committee claiming politicians in the area mind more about leadership positions while ignoring the fight against crime.
