Parliament has finally agreed to move the ministry of Science and technology to the Ministry for Presidency and the Rural Electrification Agency back to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. This was after government agreed to rescind the position of moving Shs 265 billion to State House instead of Ministry for Presidency. Further assurance was also given on the job security for employees of the two merged entities.
