MPs block funds for UPDF incursion into Congo

The Budget Committee of Parliament has stayed the processing of the Shs 89.7b budgetary request by the UPDF for the fight against the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) in DR. Congo. Committee Chairperson Patrick Isiagi argued that they can not fund an operation that parliament is not officially aware of.
