Members of the Parliamentary Committee on Mental Health say mental health programs should be funded effectively because it is a problem that affects all sectors of the economy. Geoffrey Macho, the chairperson of the committee, who was speaking ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week, says the problem is even spreading to schools, leading to a rise in cases of suicide.
