Police block the road leading to FDC conference venue

Earlier, police deployed heavily at Busabala to stop the special delegates conference that had been convened by the Party chairman Wasswa Birigwa. The delegates later convened at Katonga Road where the defacto headquaters of the faction that is opposed to the leadership of party president Patrick Amuriat are located.
