Teachers show how to stimulate learning through play

In 2013 and 2016 Government of Uganda through other partners launched a program on Early childhood Development where the government was meant to spend over 1.2 Trillion in a period of 5 years to establish these Centres per village. However, to date, the policy has remained on paper without being passed in Parliament.
