Traffic officer shot by UPDF soldier still waiting for justice after losing leg
A traffic officer who was shot in the leg by a soldier in January this year is still waiting for justice as he laments over unfulfilled promises by the army. Robert Mukebezi had been called to intervene in a motor accident in Naalya, Kampala when he was shot. The army says it is still looking for the officer who shot Mukebezi while it pays his medical bills.
