Uganda: Food crises and hunger rife in Karamoja
In northeastern Uganda, the region of Karamoja is in the grip of a hunger crisis. People are suffering a food shortage caused by drought, pests and insecurity. Over 22,700 children under the age of five are under-nourished and in need of treatment.
