Ugandan observers weigh in on Kenyan elections

Kenyans have to wait longer to establish who their next president will be. Wafula Chebukati, the chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IECB) on Wednesday ruled out the possibility of the results being declared. Observers have raised fears about the lengthy seven-day period under which the commission is required to declare the results saying this will raise anxiety.
