President warns teachers againt disruptions over pay

President Museveni has warned teachers who are not willing to educate learners because of the low pay, to leave the profession instead of stunting the learners’ growth. While speaking at the closing ceremony of the three-day national teachers’ conference today, the President noted the government is already aware of the challenges faced by teachers in the country and it is working around the clock to resolve them.
