CAA expounds on flight restrictions in Uganda
Passenger flights have with immediate effect stopped operating out of Entebbe International Airport. The President's directive which he announced on Saturday took effect on Sunday, 22, March 2020 at midnight.
This has been implemented by the Civil Aviation Authority in a bid to stop the spread of COVID-19. Uganda has so far registered one case of a 36-year-old man who was detected on arrival from Dubai aboard the Ethiopian Airlines.
