What is the make of your car?
It is a BMW 318 model 2005. It is of the M Sport edition.

Where did you buy it and at how much?
I bought it online. The dealer is in Dubai and when you factor in the clearing process, I spent Shs32m in total.

How long have you had it?
I have had it for a month.

What do you like about it?
I like the Steptronic gearbox. The car has top speed and responds very fast to commands.
When I accelerate, the response is immediate. The same happens when I slow down.

How do you plan to maintain it?
I always service my cars at the right time and I plan to do the same with this one. At least, every time it clocks 12,000 kilometers, I take it for servicing.

When do you drive it?
I drive it to work at least four times a week from Entebbe to Kyambogo and back.

Where do you get the spare parts?
I have a friend who has a garage in Lugala, a Kampala surburbJeremy Motor Garage.
I get the heavier spare parts from his garage. For the lighter ones, I order them on line through Alibaba.com

Where do you service it from?
Jeremy Motor Garage in Lugala.

What is the engine size?
2000 ccs

Is it an automatic or manual transmissiom?
It is both.
The car has a Steptronic gearbox which can easily transform to either automatic transmission or manual.

What is the speed limit?
260 kmph

Do you share it with friends or family members?
No. It is a policy I have and my family knows it. The maintenance for this kind of car is very expensive.
If one recklessly knocks out a light, I have to order it online.

Have you received offers from people wanting to buy it?
Yes. Most of my friends want it because it is an M Sport Edition. Besides, it really looks good.

Where did you get the inspiration to drive this type of car?
I have always been a BMW fan since I my childhood.
I do not know why but probably the name sounded cool to me. After I drove my first one, I became addicted to them.

How much do you spend on fuel in a week?
Between Shs120,000 to Shs140,000 depending on the rounds I make.

What is the furthest you have driven with it?
I once went for a cruise in Mbarara.

Worst moment that happened to you when on the road?
I was driving my first BMW at night and I had a collision in Seguku on Entebbe Road. It was a nasty experience.

A Toyota Carib 1997 model

What is your dream car?
BMW 318 model 2011. It is also an M Sport Edition
