Kasese MPs say 11 royal guards have died in prison

Members of Parliament from Kasese want an explanation for the death of yet another royal guard in prison. Since their arrest in 2016, 11 royal guards have died in custody, in a matter in which the cultural leader Wesley Mumbere was also jailed and later released on bail, with conditions barring him from visiting Kasese.
