MPs vow to block controversial coffee deal

The Commissioner for Parliament Esther Afoyochan has assured residents in Sembabule District that Parliament will not rescind its decision to terminate the coffee agreement with Uganda Vinci Coffee Company. Afoyochan says their position is well known by the President. The commissioner was speaking on behalf of Speaker of parliament Anita Among in Sembabule to mark the belated District Women’s day Celebrations there.
