Uganda is not broke, we can pay all debts - Museveni

President Museveni says Uganda is still capable of servicing its public debt despite concerns from some economists on the rate at which it is rising. Museveni who was campaigning in Palliisa says this is the reason why Uganda is continuing to attract foreign financing especially for infrastructural development.
