That is why procurement practitioners should make good use of technology to strike good deals. With technology, an individual is able to access details on the bid requirements.
Mr Jackson Oteu, a procurement officer at Proper Skill Management, says with technology, a lot that can be achieved especially if it is properly utilised.

Technology allows disposal units to display what deals are available and only those bidders who make good use of technology can access them.
He says for the bidders to strike good deals, they should use technology as their main platform of research because it contains most of the information they require.

“Sometimes technology needs expertise. So the best a company can do is hire people who are experienced or trained them so that they can get the best out of it,” says Mr Oteu.
On the other hand, Winnies Lettasi, a procurer says technology either makes your company or destroys it depending on the way it is used.
