DOLPHIN SUITES HOTEL. With the variety of foods and drinks, you cannot miss out on the chicken tandoori.

Situated in upscale Bugolobi, Dolphin Suites hotel is a neat and comfortable 27 room hotel that is nestled in elegant and up market suburb of Kampala. The rooms are reasonably priced and include breakfast. There is also a small swimming pool, a health club along with limited conference facilities.
For starters the Dolphin chicken wings fireworks served with chips proved to live up to their name though they were in no way fiery and these were complimented with the lasun chicken Tikka. The latter are succulent and boneless pieces of chicken that are marinated in a concoction of ginger, garlic, onions and other spices in a yoghurt marinade and then grilled in a tandoori oven and the results are amazing.

Other dishes
Next came the catch of the day, a whole deep fried tilapia with a generous salad of thinly sliced onions, tomatoes, carrots and laced with lemon and vinegar and salt and pepper.
We also ordered the chunky fish tandoori (fillet) done in a sauce with a cashew nut based sauce served with jeera rice and chili naan and a side dish of hot raita.
The food is well presented, tasty and comes piping hot and the service is very good. With Chef Patrick Nzui at the helm along with a chef from the Indian sub-continent Dolphin suites is certainly to be ranked when it comes to Indian food.
