Kabale. The vice chairperson for the NRM Parliamentary Caucus, Mr David Bahati, has appealed to all universities and colleges to revolutionalise the mindset of learners in order to avoid sending half-baked graduates onto the market.
Presiding over the 15th graduation ceremony of Bishop Barham University College in Kabale Town last Friday, Mr Bahati commended the church-founded institution for upholding ethical values of education among graduates.

Our current society is looking for employees that can offer quality at the gates of enterprises,” Mr Bahati said.
Mr Bahati, also the Ndorwa West MP, promised to take to Parliament the college’s plea for tax exemption.
