Ministry of water staff found dead and rotting in her house

Residents of Kitooro road in Entebbe Municipality were on Monday left in shock after discovering the decomposing body of one of their colleagues, Regina Nassali in her house.

Nassali, 47, who was a cleaner with the ministry of water in Kampala and also a second-hand clothes vendor in Kitooro market, was last seen by her neighbours last Friday.

Ms Resty Nakimbugwe who has been working with the deceased said she last saw her in perfect health last week. However, by press time, the cause of her death was still unknown as police were still conducting investigations.

The O.C Kitooro police station, Mr James Wambi while addressing residents at the scene urged them to always ensure constant communication between each other.

According to police, the deceased was last seen on Sunday at about 9am by his friend.
