KAMPALA. Kansai Plascon is continuously imposing itself after officially taking over Sadolin Paints last month. Their latest move has seen them rename soccer side Sadolin Paints FC and rugby side Sadolin Mongers to Plascon Paints Fc and Plascon Mongers respectively.
The development was headlined by the acquisition of new sets of kit by both sides at the company headquarters on Second Street, industrial area yesterday morning.

Plascon Paints Managing Director Chris Nugent used the opportunity to assure both sides that they had the company`s full backing as they continue in their pursuit for success on the turf.
“We are still with them for the seeable future and we shall continue supporting them in every way possible. We also hope the results just keep getting better,” he told Daily Monitor.

Plascon Paints Fc has had contrasting fortunes compared to their rugby counterparts in recent times. They were relegated from the top flight last season while Mongers enjoyed a maiden leg win in the just concluded National Sevens Series in Makerere and are gearing up for the Uganda Cup.
