He was, however, released on bond and ordered to return to police at 8 am on Tuesday (November 20) before he proceeds to Buganda Road Court where he’s expected to appear at 9am.

Shumuk told this journalist that he was arrested at 3pm on Monday.
His lawyer, Badru Bwango said his client was given bond because Jinja Road Police has no facilities where he can spend the night.
His other sureties were Paresh Shukla and Quirino Bamwine, a Kampala city-based lawyer.
