Police have arrested two men suspected of killing their master, who had been bedridden.
The deceased, Medi Kahuma, 33, had been living in Ssendaula Zone in Ggaba, Makindye Division in Kampala, where he had been under care of a nurse and two caretakers.
Kahuma was suffering from tuberculosis.
Kampala Metropolitan police deputy spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire said the deceased was killed from his house and the caretakers allegedly run away with some of his valuables.

“The deceased was not staying with any of his relatives, but caretakers and a nurse. After his death, they made off with his motor vehicle, three mobile phones, jewellery and 60 pairs of shoes,” Mr Owoyesigyire said.
A resident, who had gone to visit the deceased, discovered the body and he informed police.
Police officers suspect that Kahuma was strangled.
Flying Squad Unit operatives found the deceased’s car had been abandoned several metres away from his home.
However, his SIM cards had been removed from the stolen phones. It is suspected that they had unspecified amount of money on the Mobile Money account.

Mr Owoyesigyire said the nurse was also still missing and her phones had been switched off since Wednesday.
“Two workers have been arrested. We have also taken the body to Kampala Capital City Authority morgue for a postmortem,” he said.
Mr Owoyesigyire added that they were looking for several other suspects.
He said the scene of crime officers have also lifted fingerprints from the recovered vehicle, which they would use in the investigations.
