Police at Kira Road Police Station in Kampala have arrested two armed hooded men riding on a boda boda. Elias Elibu and Charles Emeru were arrested along Bukoto Road by a response team led by DPC Kira Road Police, SP Michael Kasigire. Two SAR rifles were recovered.
Upon questioning, the suspects told police they belonged to Tactical Security Services a local private security company based at Mutesa II Road in Ntinda, Kampala.

“Their arrest was prompted by social media concerns by some security loving citizens about some unknown hooded armed men travelling on the Kyanja-Kisasi road using a motorcycle registration number UEU 497T carrying guns,” said Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire on Facebook.
