Fuel prices: Where are the oil reserves?

The current fuel shortages due to the Kenyan border truck impasse with the government and the skyrocketing prices brings back memories of the 2007 Kenyan election. Private sector players are afraid, Uganda has learnt nothing from history and with Kenya six months away from elections, the country still consumes fuel, hand to mouth.
