Gov’t commissions business center to raise level of trade

The Minister of State for Northern Uganda, Ms Grace Freedom Kwiyucwiny has commissioned a multimillion-shillings business and governance center in Otuke District with a call to the growing trading community to use the facility for research and data collection.

This will enable farmers know what grows best in their area and capitalise of them.
