KCCA to address plight of casual workers

The leadership of Kampala Capital City Authority is planning to meet later this week to address complaints by casual workers who demonstrated delays in their pay and the failure to remit their National Social Security Fund contributions. The workers, many of whom are women, held placards demanding to meet the KCCA leaders.
