Following increased rainfall, the country is facing rising water levels, which are wreaking havoc in several places, especially along Lake Victoria. This has paralyzed business and learning in some areas. Some of the affected places include Entebbe, where areas near the lake have been flooded, and Kalungu, where a school has been cut off.
