Museveni calls for economic transformation

President Yoweri Museveni has promised that he will hold more consultations before assenting to the 2019 NSSF Amendment bill. The bill passed by parliament last year gives workers who have been saving with NSSF for over 10 years midterm access to 20% of their savings.
