Museveni commissions HIV and Malaria test kits plant

President Museveni has promised to support a group of private investors seeking to start manufacturing HIV and Malaria rapid diagnostic test kits in the country. The plant, Microheam Scientifics premised in Ntinda, has the capacity to produce up to 80 million kits for malaria or HIV a month per production line.
