NSSF managers say that savers’ money is safe

The National Social Security Fund which is amidst a storm of reports of political interference has given assurance to savers that their funds are intact and no money has been paid out to politicians. This comes at a time the fund is being investigated by the Inspector General of Government over issues of mismanagement surrounding its former Managing Director, Richard Byarugaba and allegations of politicians wanting to take out money.
