The divide between Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo and Justice Esther Kisakye has deepened with the Supreme Court head now under attack for blocking litigant Male Mabirizi and the media from accessing the Supreme Court premises during official working hours. The two groups of personalities had planned to access to the court premises to hear her ruling. Instead, as SUDHIR BYARUHANGA reports, Justice Kisakye was forced to meet the media outside the Supreme Court gate after her ruling was reportedly confiscated by the Chief Justice's security detail.
