Industrialist Mukwano laid to rest

Vice president Edward Ssekandi, government officials, business associates, family members and friends and members of the public Saturday paid their last respects to the late Amirali Karmali, popularly known as Mukwano, at Kololo Independence Grounds, before he was buried.

Mukwano was buried at Ismaili Cemetery on Archer Road in Kololo.

He died on Wednesday at his home in Kololo, Kampala. The deceased businessman’s wealth stretched from real estate, industries to agricultural investment.
