Woman Shoots Herself While Posing For Selfie With Gun
A woman in Russia accidentally shot herself in the head while taking a selfie posed with a gun in hand.
According to reports, the 21-year-old woman found a 9mm handgun in her office that was left behind by a security guard. The woman decided to pose for a selfie holding the gun, and held it with one hand while positioning the camera with the other.
While taking the photo, the young woman accidentally pulled the trigger of the pistol and shot herself in the temple. The victim was rushed to the hospital after the incident occurred on Thursday, and remained in serious condition when police confirmed the accident on Friday.
The security guard reportedly left the gun at the office two weeks prior to the incident, before he left for vacation.
