Jinja - Jinja Chief Magistrate Court on Monday remanded five people to Luzira Prison over charges of conspiracy to commit terrorism following the July 2010 Kampala bomb attacks.

The chief Magistrate, John Francis Kaggwa, remanded the suspects until December 20 after Prosecution told court that Investigations were not yet complete.

The five were denied chance to say anything in court but were allowed to talk to their relatives.
The suspects include; Omara Awadh Omar, Yahaya Suleiman Mbuthia, Dr Ismail Kalule, Muhamamed Suleiman Habibu and Abubakari Mbatemetyo.
The Five were in May this year acquitted of terrorism and murder charges following the July 2010 bombing in Kyadondo and Kabalagala but were re-arrested and slapped with fresh charges.
